Heavy duty badge reels are larger and more
durable than plastic badge reels. Whereas plastic badge reels
are typically used for employee id cards, heavy duty badge reels
are geared towards a more industrial use. Typically you’ll find
these badge reels loaded with keys and other small objects. The
case is made up of a durable plastic face and chrome back. The
clothing attachment hardware is almost always a belt clip which
is screwed to the back of the badge reel. The cord is either
reinforced nylon or steel. Steel cords are available in both
braided and chain link styles. Heavy duty badge reels are
available blank as well as with a full color custom imprint.
